The skyline spa at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane has introduced new Autumn and Winter Wellness Experiences to escape the cold and nourish the soul. Located next to Hyde Park and amid the skyline on the 10th floor, the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is a state-of-the-art space where the stresses of day-to-day life simply melt away.
Each of the experiences begins with exploring the spa’s heat facilities: Eucalyptus Steam Room, Himalayan Salt Wall Sauna, followed by the Cooling Vitality Pool. Following the wellness journey, guests can snuggle up in a relaxation pod with tea, soothing music and magazines.
Curated by Senior Spa Director Taffryn Ellis, she comments, “It is so important to find time to look after yourself during the autumn and winter months. The weather can have such an impact on your skin, mind and mood, so there is never a better period to take care of you.”
Four Seasons Autumn Wellness Experience
The experience begins with a body treatment that captures the essence of autumn with pink peppercorn, amber and fig to cleanse the body, soothe the mind and boost the immune system. This is followed by a full-body salt scrub and natural clay cocoon wrap.
A face and head acupressure massage eases stress and tension, while the clay deeply cleanses and hydrates the skin. Guests will end with a 60-minute personalized full-body massage. Upon departure they’ll receive a Four Seasons Autumn Candle or diffuser to continue their experience at home.
Four Seasons Winter Wellness Experience
Come December, the spa will introduce a winter experience to pamper away the blues. The sensorial treatment echoes the autumn experience, but therapists will use warming oils of black pepper and tangerine to stimulate blood circulation. The experience includes a Four Seasons Winter Candle or diffuser to bring serenity into the home over winter.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
