Iftar at Bleu Restaurant

The bespoke Iftar at Bleu Restaurant returns this year inviting to a gastronomic voyage curated by the talented culinary team of the Hotel. Guests are invited to discover a decadent buffet offering a combination of savoury local specialties and international favourites.

The experience is enhanced with a live performance of Tarab Andalusi and Darbuka bringing the magic of Arabian nights to life.

The buffet includes a plethora of gastronomical choices including renowned Moroccan tagines, churrasco-style meat grilled à la minute in the live barbecue station and a selection of exotic Asian specialties and sushi station.

To end the feast on a sweet note, guests can indulge in an array of classic French pastries, Moroccan almond-based bites or order a freshly prepared crêpe from the live cooking station.

After-Iftar Tea at Mint Lobby Lounge

After breaking their fast, guests are invited to continue the celebrations at Mint Lobby Lounge where they can enjoy the coveted tea time that takes on an "After Iftar" twist. A selection of sweet and savoury bites served on a three-tier stand, complemented with an oud live performance and the shimmering lights of lanterns will make of Ramadan nights an enchanting experience to remember.

Bringing the culinary experience of Four Seasons home is now possible for Iftar. Casablancans will be able to order their favourite savoury or sweet bites from a large selection available for pickup or to take-away.
