MINA Brasserie is welcoming the new year with style as the restaurant, bar and terrace at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre introduce a host of events.

From MINA Soirée, a slick and stylish evening filled with a live violin performance and a variety of dining and drinks packages, to the brand-new MINA Brunch, best enjoyed on a warm Friday afternoon on MINA’s breezy, olive tree-filled terrace.

If guests are just looking to grab a quick bite or drink, MINA’s A La Carte Business Lunch is the perfect anecdote, or sip on one of the new masterpiece-inspired cocktails from MINA’s new Art Menu.

For the burger connoisseurs, MINA slays with its new Creekstone burger that’s better devoured than described.

MINA Soirée

Sit back, and let the music take one away. MINA Soiree offers a night like no other in the heart of DIFC, every Wednesday guests are invited to graze throughout the night in style with MINA Brasserie’s new drinks and dining packages, while tuning into the soulful sounds of MINA’s new resident live violinist.

· When: Wednesdays from 8:00 to 11:00 pm

MINA A La Carte Business Lunch

Guests are invited to experience MINA Brasserie’s new A La Carte Business Lunch, made up of either two or three courses chosen from the full MINA menu.

For just AED 120, guests can start with a delicious appetiser such as mille-feuille and grilled octopus, or even choose from the raw bar of the famed tuna tartare. Then indulge in a MINA favourite such as the wagyu burger or the truffle porcini ravioli.

Finish on a sweet note with MINA’s Instagrammable tiramisu, or for those who prefer a healthier option, the coconut cream pie is completely plant-based and tastes heavenly too.

MINA Art Cocktails

Looking for somewhere to unwind after a long day in the office? Or looking for the perfect reason to escape the house and meet friends? Then look no further than MINA’s new masterpiece-inspired Art Cocktail Menu.

The expert mixologists at MINA Brasserie have spent months studying some of the world’s greatest masterpieces, from Van Gogh’s Starry Night to Salvador Dali’s Melting Clock, the new menu brings these works to life and even give diners the chance to taste the stars.

MINA Brunch

The weekend starts at MINA Brunch where guests will enjoy a variety of Mediterranean style dishes, alongside free-flowing bubbles. Choose from sitting inside in one of the cosy brasserie-style booths, or outside on the terrace filled with lush green trees and the gleaming golden bar.

· When: Every Friday from 12:30 to 3:30 pm

Creekstone Burger

A visit to MINA would not be complete without ordering its signature Creekstone Burger. Branded with the MINA name on top of its soft potato bun, this is just the beginning of the delicious MINA burger experience.

Layered with tender beef strips, mushroom duxelle and topped with oozing gruyère cheese, the pièce de résistance of the burger is the beef au jus, which Chef Rami Nasser lovingly pours over the burger before serving. This burger dares to become one's favourite in town!
