Inspired by the calming colour palettes of the Mediterranean, Zoé restaurant aboard the First Nile Boat by Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence offers an unforgettable culinary journey to the Mediterranean set against stunning views of the Nile and Cairo.
The restaurant's blue and white interiors, combined with modern walls and furnishings, create a rich yet understated ambiance, making each corner uniquely charming. Zoé’s inviting, air-conditioned indoor space provides a relaxed ambience perfect for any occasion, while the vibrant, leafy surroundings of the outdoor restaurant extend the dining experience into a lively, colourful escape.
Zoé’s new Chef de Cuisine Marios Papadopoulos is set to take guests on a remarkable culinary adventure this September with an innovative and tantalizing menu featuring iconic specialties from Italy, Spain, Greece, and Morocco.
Born in Greece, Marios is a true culinary explorer who considers Egypt his second home. True to his Greek roots, he cherishes the tradition of bringing guests together over exceptional flavours. "Behind every dish is my personal story, a heart-led approach, and a passion for creating connections with guests," says Chef Marios.
“I’m thrilled to begin my journey at Zoé, blending my heritage and love for seafood into a diverse menu that celebrates the rich Mediterranean flavours that will forever linger among our guests,” Chef Marios adds.
His new menu features a wide array of Mediterranean specialties, from Shrimp Saganaki and Lobster Linguine to Spanish-style Mussels and Moroccan Lamb Shank. Seafood lovers will delight in dishes such as Grilled Sea Bass with Artichoke, Grilled Salmon with Gnocchi, and Sea Bream Risotto.
Guests are also invited to share traditional Greek-inspired dips and appetizers such as tzatziki, roasted htipiti, and taramosalata.
Zoé’s new all-day dining menu is perfect for afternoon lunches, evening gatherings with friends as the golden Egyptian sun sets, or lively weekend nights out with live music in the backdrop.

Wow! Stunning! Hilton seems to be taking Africa by storm. Just a couple of years back, they opened the first ever in Eswatini.
Wonderful event and topics discussed, hopefully we see the manifestations in our African airline businesses in the nearest future. Kudos to you all.
