After 7 months of suspension of flights following the COVID-19 pandemic, Kenya Airways has concluded plans to resume scheduled flights to New York JFK, USA.
Nairobi-New York flights will resume on 29 October and will initially operate twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays using a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft.
As travel demand is picking up, the airline is also increasing frequency on the Nairobi-London route to four times a week from 25 October, 2020.

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Kenya Airways operated daily flights to London and five-weekly flights to New York but had to suspend operations in March 2020 due to the pandemic.
