The culinary experience begins with a buffet of appetizers that showcases traditional Moroccan specialties, aged cheeses, and fine charcuterie.

An assortment of salads and appetizers adds a refreshing touch, while an oyster bar and a wide selection of seafood provide a salty assortment to tantalize the taste buds. Japanese cuisine enthusiasts will also savour various varieties of carefully prepared sushi.

The hot stations offer a selection of soups, followed by iconic dishes of Moroccan cuisine. Authentic tajines release deep aromas, while delicately crispy pastillas combine sweet and savoury flavours.

For those seeking other culinary inspirations, a variety of flavours complement the offering, including a shawarma station and a Moroccan barbecue, where meats and fish are grilled to order.

For desserts, the buffet presents a selection of traditional Moroccan sweets, assortments of dates, dried fruits, and nuts, as well as a variety of pastries. A choice of ice creams and sorbets adds a refreshing touch to the end of the meal, and a live station prepares jawhara, a delicate dessert combining pastilla leaves, flavoured cream, and honey.

To accompany this moment, guests can enjoy a variety of fresh juices as well as unlimited mint tea service. A selection of coffees and herbal infusions completes the experience, allowing everyone to extend the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. This package includes a daily sohour served in the room for two people, a buffet Ftour at the Flamme restaurant, as well as an after-ftour with an assortment of Moroccan pastries and mint tea.

The brunch is priced at MAD 900 per person, including soft drinks. A special rate is applied for children aged 6 to 12, with 50 percent savings.
