A brunch here, a brunch there, a brunch everywhere. That could stand as the prevailing motto for Dubai’s weekend dining scene.
Yet, gone are the days of winding buffet lines, set menus that don’t set tastebuds alight and an overly loud repertoire of entertainers drowning out but every conversation.
It is about time that the typical brunch script is flipped, and that is exactly what MINA Brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC has done, by introducing The Lunch Club.
The elegant weekend lunch affair offers guests a two or three-course choice from the restaurant’s beloved a la carte menu of brasseri- style dishes by award winning Chef Michael Mina. During weekend lunch hours, the restaurant will retain its elegant and understated ambience.
Guests can expect soothing jazz at decibel levels that lend themselves well to a conversation, giving them the opportunity to enjoy some much-needed connection.
True high notes are not to be sung, but delivered as memorable moments, when the perfectly balanced flavours tango with one’s tastebuds.
Tableside magic will not be in the form of card-tricks, but rather with a calmly delivered sprinkle of truffle, and while the service will not be over the top, guest’s expectations can be, without any fear of disappointment.
For AED 120 per two courses and AED 140 for three courses, inclusive of coffee, tea or ice cream, guests can enjoy a leisurely lunch and linger within MINA Brasserie’s elegant interiors. The Lunch Club is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm.

Wow! Stunning! Hilton seems to be taking Africa by storm. Just a couple of years back, they opened the first ever in Eswatini.
Wonderful event and topics discussed, hopefully we see the manifestations in our African airline businesses in the nearest future. Kudos to you all.
