Experience Hub has launched ‘Yas Wellness Program’ on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi’s premier leisure and entertainment hub as part of the Island’s commitment to the health and safety of guests and staff.
The ‘Yas Wellness Program’ will reassure visitors of Yas Island on the enhanced health and safety measures. Yas Island’s hotels reopened to guests from 1st August, 2020.
Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi began to welcome annual passholders on 28th July, while all theme parks and CLYMB Abu Dhabi reopened to guests from 29th July.
Yas Island has doubled the cleaning teams and reduced capacity across all attractions, increased the frequency of sanitization at frequent touch points and high traffic areas, and defined clear and separate entry and exit points.
Social distancing policies are in place and all visitors are mandated to wear masks at all times. Non-compliance by visitors will lead to refusal of entry to the facilities.
Colleagues will have face masks on at all times, with confirmed negative tests and their temperature checked regularly.
In addition, the Yas Mall virtual customer service experience addresses all customer service needs through contactless tablet devices and contactless payment is encouraged.
These measures are in place to ensure returning guests have a safe and enjoyable experience across all Yas Island attractions.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
