Combined with complimentary blueberry muffins and aromatic cinnamon rolls – it’s a scrumptious Thanksgiving breakfast.

On USA flights to Dubai, the soup will be a nourishing sweet potato with poached lobster and chives, or customers can choose a seafood platter appetiser with poached prawn, smoked salmon, crab cocktail and salmon gravadlax, served with caviar, horseradish and wakame.

The main course will feature lemon, zaatar and buttermilk roasted turkey with celeriac apple purée, maple-roasted caraway pumpkin and beetroot, kale with cranberries, pecan and cornbread stuffing. Dessert will be hot toffee apple and pecan cake doused with salted caramel sauce and marshmallows, or chocolate marble cheesecake served with berry compote and vanilla curd.

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review about ethiopian airlines in your post. I am an avid traveller and keep reading flight reviews to assess the options available. Your review particularly drew my attention because you have shared so many pictures to capture every aspect of the flight experience. It is a very nice effort.
