Every Thursday evening from 7:00 to 10:00 pm, Mercury transforms into a culinary constellation, where stellar dishes, endless bubbles and an alluring ambiance converge.
Designed for sharing, the menu sparkles with an array of enticing dishes to choose from including The Mercury Selection - a curated assortment of Nigiri, Maki, Sashimi, and Dibba Bay oysters, and a choice of Spiced or Salted Edamame.
Indulgent appetizers include Tuna Avocado Crudo – yellowfin tuna, cucumber, fragrant tarragon, and avocado, dressed with sesame oil, or Foie Gras, paired with tomato jam, wild berries, and rich soft brioche.
Highlights from the main dishes include velvety Alaskan Black Cod, accompanied by fennel and potato gratin, and a mustard velouté or tender Sirloin Tagliata - black angus Australian beef sirloin, fresh rocket leaves, and shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
