Delta is Accepting Applications for New Cabin Crew Recruitment

As it enters its centennial year and prepares to fly its most robust travel schedule ever, Delta is once again accepting flight attendant applications for its upcoming 2025 hiring classes, with openings for English-speaking and bilingual roles. 

“2025 will be an exciting year,” said Rachel McCarthy, VP – IFS ATL Operations, CX, Hiring and Learning. “Not only will Delta celebrate 100 years as a brand, but we will also fly our most robust travel schedule ever. We’re excited to hire even more flight attendants to meet this demand and bring our premium experience to life for every customer.” 

Delta is also seeking bilingual, also known as language of destination (LOD), applicants who have fluency in English and one of the following languages: Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, Greek, German, Italian, Korean, and Swedish. Please note that there is one requisition for all candidates — during the application, candidates will indicate other languages they speak and their interest in pursuing the LOD flight attendant role.

Note that candidates who previously applied but were not selected to advance must wait 90 days from the time of receiving the previous disqualification email and for a new job number to be posted to reapply. 

WHAT’S REQUIRED TO BE A DELTA FLIGHT ATTENDANT? 

Applicants must have a high school diploma, GED or high school equivalency, the ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, speak, read and write English fluently, and be at least 21 years of age at the time of application submission.  

Delta’s global operation operates approximately 5,000 flights daily at all hours to destinations around the world; therefore, flight attendants must be flexible and willing to fly both international and domestic routes.

With a global network spanning over 300 destinations, Delta is also seeking bilingual (also known as language of destination) applicants who have fluency in English and one of the following languages: Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, Greek, German, Italian, Korean, and Swedish.
