Dishes such as bourbon-glazed gammon served with braai’ed pineapple, cashew and turnip puree and crackling will continue capturing the magic of Christmas while guests take in the uninterrupted views of Joburg’s treetops.
The celebrations continue “On the Hill” on December 26 and 27, 2020 with a premium early brunch from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and a Champagne Afternoon Brunch from 1:00 to 3:00 pm that will feature mouth-watering dishes such as rosemary and garlic crusted rack of lamb served with pea puree and rainbow carrots.
Lunch finishes early on December 31, 2020 to begin preparations for the evening festivities. A night of celebrations deserves an evening of delight where "On the Hill" dining will be in full swing for the perfect Jozi New Year’s Eve Gala.
Dinner starts from 7:30 pm with tantalizing dishes such as yellowfin tuna, caviar and crème fraiche, slow-roasted lamb shoulder with Italian black truffle or spiced Szechuan duck magret with port-braised red cabbage, blackberry and celeriac - an offering dedicated to the appreciation and enjoyment of good food.
On January 1, 2021, guests will continue celebrating “On the Hill” with refined New Year’s Day Brunch featuring appetizing dishes such as smoked beef fillet with potato terrine and much more. Let the magical air of year-end festivities surround into 2021.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
