Zest Rooftop Bar at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech is set to welcome Isa Restaurant and Cocktail Bar from Four Seasons Hotel Madrid for an exclusive one-week collaboration.

Starting April 1, 2025, guests will embark on a unique culinary journey as the restaurant brings its modern Asian street food and award-winning cocktail experience to the vibrant setting of the rooftop.

Since its opening in 2022, Isa Restaurant and Cocktail Bar has redefined Asian dining in Madrid, blending contemporary aesthetics with Asian influences. Elevating the experience, Miguel Pérez, the restaurant’s acclaimed Head Bartender, will be behind the bar at the rooftop for the week, presenting his signature cocktail program that has earned him multiple accolades, including “Best Hotel Cocktail Bar” at FIBAR 2022 and “Best Cocktail Menu” at FIBAR 2023. Recognized as one of Spain’s top mixologists, Miguel’s creations promise to delight with their originality, finesse, and storytelling, featuring exclusive Japanese sake, whisky, and craft beers.
