COVID-19: Emirates Resumes Flights to More Destinations

As airlines around the world eagerly wait the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, Emirates is reopening passenger services to Jakarta, Manila, Taipei, Chicago, Tunis, Algiers and Kabul.

These services are in addition to the already commenced operation to London, Frankfurt, Paris, Brussels and Zurich which recommenced on Monday 6 April, 2020.

Passengers will be able to book directly on emirates.com or via their travel agent. Only citizens of the destination country and those who meet the entry requirements will be allowed to board. Passengers will be required to comply with each country’s requirement.

With these flights, Emirates has now recommenced its operation at Dubai International Airport Terminal 3. Customers will be required to follow all health and safety measures required by the UAE authorities and the country of destination.

During this time, there will be no online check in and seat selection available and services such as chauffeur drive and lounge will not be available in any of the destinations.

Only carry-on items (like limited to laptop, handbag, briefcase or baby items), will be allowed in the aircraft cabin. All other items have to be checked in, including cabin baggage.

Travellers are advised to arrive at Dubai International airport Terminal 3 for check-in, 3 hours before departure. Only passengers holding confirmed bookings to the above destinations will be checked in.

All Emirates aircraft will go through enhanced cleaning and disinfection processes in Dubai, after each journey.

Wow! Stunning! Hilton seems to be taking Africa by storm. Just a couple of years back, they opened the first ever in Eswatini.

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review about ethiopian airlines in your post. I am an avid traveller and keep reading flight reviews to assess the options available. Your review particularly drew my attention because you have shared so many pictures to capture every aspect of the flight experience. It is a very nice effort.

I am really tempted to book the next ethiopian airlines ticket and relive your journey. The pictures shared with the post also reflect that you truly enjoyed the travel. Great post! I also like the fact that you have covered nuances about the food and entertainment service through the pictures. It helps people know what to expect on their travel by this airline.
