KAYTO, a new Peruvian-Nikkei Pop-Up, has launched at Jumeirah Al Naseem pop-up restaurant, in Dubai with effect from 8 October 2019 to May 2020.
Celebrated for its stunning beachfront location and unique dining experiences, Jumeirah Al Naseem is showcasing the exotic blend of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine known as “Nikkei” with the launch of its new popup, KAYTO.
With a menu by Japanese-Argentinian Chef Cristian Goya, KAYTO pop-up will be open for lunch and dinner from 8 October, serving Peruvian-Nikkei flavours alongside a selection of Japanese-inspired cocktails, mocktails and varieties of Sake, crafted by an in-house mixologist.
A place to discover and be discovered in, KAYTO will impress guests with its refreshed décor in a soft nude colour palette, secluded outdoor seating areas and spectacular views of the ever-iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. The stunning sunset setting is paired with the upbeat sounds of a live DJ set six days a week, creating an effortlessly cool atmosphere.
Designed to embrace sharing, Chef Cristian’s innovative new menu featuring everything from fresh ceviche, special sushi nigiri and rolls, to robust meat dishes, showcases authentic flavours of Japan and South America such as Miso, Yuzu, Truffle and lime.
To begin, guests can enjoy the likes of Roasted Langoustines in a Sweet and Sour sauce and Miso Caramelized Eggplant, followed by expertly prepared Crudo and signature dishes such as Saikyo Miso Black Cod, Australian Wagyu Beef Tataki and Corn-Fed Chicken Breast with Truffle Teriyaki sauce.
Further celebrating Peruvian-Nikkei, desserts will include a selection of Mochi, Cheesecake Brûlée served with Mandarin Sorbet or Espresso Glace.
Nestled in the heart of Jumeirah Al Naseem with a separate shisha lounge and chilled outdoor area, KAYTO pop-up by Chef Cristian opens from 8 October 2019 to May 2020, providing a one-of-a-kind experience of Peruvian-Nikkei cuisine, which will tantalise all the senses.

Wow! Stunning! Hilton seems to be taking Africa by storm. Just a couple of years back, they opened the first ever in Eswatini.
Wonderful event and topics discussed, hopefully we see the manifestations in our African airline businesses in the nearest future. Kudos to you all.
