IHG has signed a franchise agreement with CL Capital to debut voco brand, IHG’s new upscale brand, in the West Midland’s town of Solihull.
The hotel will be managed by Kew Green Hotels (KGH) and will be the second voco™ property in the UK, following the opening of voco™ St. David’s, Cardiff.
The 180-room voco™ St. John’s, Solihull opened recently under the voco™ brand, following a transformative refurbishment. The hotel benefits from the voco™ brand’s bold and distinctive interior design, bringing warmth and a modern touch.
The hotel will offer meeting spaces for up to 700 guests as well as a host of leisure facilities, including a fully equipped health club with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym.
Launched in June 2018, the voco™ brand has presence around the globe, including in Bangkok, Cairo, Dubai, Melbourne, Hunter Valley and Yarra Valley, Gold Coast in Australia and Cardiff.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
