The Gambia will be bringing its charming beauty to Lagos as they will participate at the 14th Akwaaba African Travel Market holding in Lagos in September 2018.
The participation at this year's Akwaaba is part of efforts to increase awareness for The Gambia as an all year tourism destination for discerning Nigerian visitors and prospective investors. Earlier this year, the Akwaaba team organised the ‘Banjul Bantaba’ event with a Familiarization trip to the Gambia and a high powered B2b session aimed at opening business doors.
The fam trip showcased the amazing potentials for tourism and introduced some of the new tour operators to the destination. The fall out was amazing with increasing requests for packages to The Gambia. The Gambia stand on Gambia Day promises an unforgettable Gambian experience. Top hotels, Tour Operators and stakeholders will be attending from The Gambia with a taste of its national cuisine and music.
Gambia will also showcase its exquisite resort facilities, cultural patrimony, ecotourism and flora attributes which have earned The Gambia the acronym –the Smiling Coast of Africa. The Gambia Day event will flow from Sunday with the Jollof rice contest into Monday when they will deploy the best of the team to meet Nigerians and see the beautiful loving tourist destination.
Gambia Tourism Board wants Nigerians to know that they are welcomed at any time and the event is open for all.
With increased access to the Gambia offered by flights on ASKY and Air Peace, Banjul with its beautiful beaches and rich culture is accessible to all travellers in Africa.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
