In September, 2018, Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, UAE, will introduce new interactive cocktail mixology classes at Hendricks Bar, hosted by the skilful mixologist, Paolo Silvestri.
Guests of the hotel and local visitors will now be able to delve into how to mix, muddle and shake like a pro at the much-loved cocktail hotspot.
Paolo will guide guests through the motions step-by-step, in very small classes so everyone can have a lot of individual attention and get the most out of the class.
Paolo has a wealth of experience, having lived in Europe and Asia, and now in Dubai. He has learned imaginative techniques during his travels and now shares his knowledge through classes.
After creating delicious concoctions, guests will come up with a name for their drink and even take away Polaroid snaps, which a hostess will take throughout their experience to savour the memories, and show off to friends afterwards on Instagram.
Cocktail Mixology Classes are available upon request from September 2018 onwards at AED 225 per person (inclusive of three cocktails). The class is available day from 3:30 to 5:00 pm.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
