Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel’s summer Terrace is reopening to coincide with the opening of arts exhibition in honour of the Mexican artist, Frida Kahlo, at Victoria and Albert Museum.
In addition to the popular barbecue-style menu that is refreshed annually, a separate Mexican themed food and cocktail section will be offered to guests as an ode to Frida.
Predicted to be one of the most popular exhibitions this year, Frida Kahlo: Making Her Self Up at the V&A is opening on Saturday 16 June 2018 (until 4 November 2018).
The exhibition will present an extraordinary collection of personal artefacts and clothing belonging to the iconic Mexican artist Frida Kahlo which have been locked away for 50 years since her death. This collection has never before been exhibited outside Mexico.
The Terrace at Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel will be embracing the icon and diving into this colourful theme through its diverse food and beverage offering.
As well as the garden area being adorned in colourful décor and bright Mexican-inspired floral displays, there will be several exciting Mexican-inspired cocktails and food items available.
From a Patron Perfect Margarita to Citronge Paloma, our top cocktail experts will be on hand to concoct the most delicious tipples with fresh Mexican ingredients.
On top of this, there will be fiesta of flavours present on the dedicated Mexican menu selection including Fish Tacos, Chicken Fajita Quesadillas and Nachos.
Guests can get their hands on the much coveted exhibition tickets complimentary when they spend more than £30 each and quote ‘Frida Kahlo’ to their server (subject to availability).
Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel is located on 21 Lowndes St, Belgravia, London. The Terrace is open from April until mid-September.

Wow! Stunning! Hilton seems to be taking Africa by storm. Just a couple of years back, they opened the first ever in Eswatini.
Wonderful event and topics discussed, hopefully we see the manifestations in our African airline businesses in the nearest future. Kudos to you all.
