A Delta Airlines Atlanta-bound Airbus A330-200 aircraft made an emergency landing in Lagos, Nigeria after one of the engines had an issue on Tuesday night. Delta's Flight 55 had departed the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos around 10:50 pm Tuesday night on a flight to Atlanta, USA.
The aircraft returned to Murtala Muhammed International Airport less than an hour after it took off due to an issue with one of its two engines. Confiming the incident in a statement on Wednesday, Delta said the flight landed safely and customers exited the aircraft on the runway via emergency slides and bused back to the terminal. Airport fire fighters who had been averted of the development were already on ground and met the aircraft upon arrival. Five passengers reported non-critical injuries sustained during the evacuation and were taken to the hospital. The airline said it was providing overnight hotel accommodations to customers and will rebook them on an alternate Delta aircraft Wednesday.

Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
